RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At vvave, our commitment is to provide you with exceptional products. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our straightforward return policy.
WARRANTY ASSURANCE:
All our devices are accompanied by a complimentary 1-year Manufacturer Warranty, excluding additional filter replacement accessories. There is no need to activate the warranty separately, as it automatically activates upon shipment of your product. Considering our next-day delivery service, this ensures that your warranty coverage begins promptly upon your receipt of the product.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN:
To initiate a return, kindly ensure the item is returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be enclosed in their original packaging, unused, sealed, in the same condition that you received it, and with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items with opened packaging will not qualify for returns. We regret to inform our international customers that refunds can only be processed within Singapore. Certain products, such as vvaveCare are non-refundable.
ELIGIBILITY FOR FREE RETURN:
- In cases of returns due to a change of mind or items arriving too late, customers are responsible for covering the return fee. Returns will not be authorised if the packaging is unsealed or opened.
- If customers receive an incorrect item, vvave covers the return costs, making these returns free for you. However, returns will not be approved if the packaging is unsealed or opened.
- For returns concerning defective or faulty items, vvave bears the return shipping expenses, rendering these returns free for you. This is subject to review and approval by vvave.
SELF-INITIATED RETURN:
In instances where the return delivery fee is the responsibility of the customer, you have the flexibility to choose and initiate your preferred method of return. Alternatively, you can opt for vvave to handle the return on your behalf where you pay the exact fees charged by our dedicated delivery partner.
RETURNS PROCESSED BY US:
For returns processed by vvave, we work with a dedicated delivery service for the convenience of our customers. Upon initiating the return process, customers will select and confirm a pick-up date. Following confirmation, you will receive a return label to print and affix to the parcel. It's essential for you to ensure someone is available at the agreed-upon date of collection to hand over the parcel to our courier.
Please note, once confirmed, the pick-up date cannot be altered. Failure to be available for the scheduled home collection will result in additional fees to reschedule the pick-up for a new date. This policy applies to all returns covered by vvave. We maintain transparency regarding all additional and return fees, ensuring they accurately reflect the amounts charged by our dedicated courier.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
In the unfortunate event of receiving a defective product, we offer a seamless 1-to-1 exchange.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
For non-defective products, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Products must be sealed and unopened.
HOW TO START A RETURN:
To kickstart the return process, contact us at support@vvave.sg. Upon acceptance, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Approved returns are free of charge unless stated otherwise under "ELIGIBILITY FOR FREE RETURN". Please note that returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES:
Should you desire a swift exchange, the most efficient route is to return the item, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
REFUNDS FOR BUNDLE DISCOUNTS:
When it comes to bundle discounts, we want you to enjoy the best deals possible. However, if you decide to refund or cancel part of your purchase, here's what you need to know:
- If your original purchase included bundle or volume discounts, and you return or cancel part of that purchase, the pricing for the remaining items will be adjusted based on the latest quantity in your order.
- For example, if each item is priced at $120 individually, but you received a discount for buying 2 items at $100 each and you decide to return one item, your order will be recalculated. You will be refunded the difference between what you paid ($200) and the price of the remaining item at its original price ($120). In this case, you would receive a refund of $80.
REFUNDED AMOUNT CLARIFICATION:
You will receive a refund equivalent to the amount paid, less shipping fee, and excluding any prevailing discounts, promotions or points. Any Ripple points utilised as part of the refunded purchase will be reimbursed back into the your vvave customer account.
REFUNDS CLARIFICATION & NOTIFICATION:
Rest assured, we will promptly notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to finalise the transaction.
